Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and gauge satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using customer service software CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays if needed.
