If you have a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and are passionate about guiding customers on their journey to modern HR processes this opportunity is for you. As a Senior/Lead Consultant youll take the lead in exciting projects offering tailored solutions and inspiring clients to achieve their goals.
Tasks
- Advise and support clients in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on core HR processes.
- Serve as a project manager taking ownership of implementation projects and ensuring their success.
- Analyze business processes and design customized solutions for process improvements.
- Work closely with clients to guide them through their HXM transformation journey.
- Collaborate within a supportive team sharing ideas and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Contribute beyond project work by supporting sales efforts leading webinars or writing blog articles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Deep knowledge and certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g. Employee Central Recruiting Onboarding).
- A strong willingness to mentor and support junior consultants as they grow their expertise.
- Excellent selforganization and communication skills.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
- A willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge within the team.
