Required Skills:
Highlight Strong understanding of various modules of SuccessFactors: Employee Central Recruitment Performance & Goals Compensation Time Off Payroll Reporting Integration Center and CPI.
Highlight Proven experience in designing configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions.
Highlight Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Highlight Project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
