Job Description
Must have a background in SAP implementation and customization
Steer UAT Testing with ability to write scripts with heavy QA Team interaction
This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements configuring SAP to meet those requirements and providing ongoing support and training to endusers
Work closely with QA Teams/business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to test cases and scenarios
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP with other systems such as CRM eCommerce and thirdparty applications
Provide training and support to endusers on SAP functionality best practices and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP configuration processes and procedures
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP
8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
