Job Description
Job Title: SAP Configuration Analyst
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Configure test and implement SAP modules in alignment with business processes and requirements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to identify SAP system improvements and ensure configurations are optimized.
- Provide ongoing support maintenance and troubleshooting for SAP applications.
- Develop and execute SAP system test cases to validate system functionality.
- Document SAP configurations processes and procedures to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Participate in SAP project implementations including upgrades migrations and new module rollouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP applications ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants endusers and other stakeholders to ensure that SAP configurations meet operational needs.
- Provide training and support to end users to maximize SAP system efficiency and adoption.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements or adjustments to improve SAP functionality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP configuration and implementation (at least 35 years of handson experience).
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP FICO SAP MM SAP SD SAP WM or SAP HCM.
- Experience with SAP system upgrades patches and support.
- Understanding of SAP integration with other enterprise systems (e.g. CRM SCM etc.).
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and map them into SAP configurations.
- Experience with SAP best practices system testing and data migration strategies.
- Proficient in writing functional specifications and documentation for SAP processes.
- Solid understanding of business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field.
- SAP certification in one or more SAP modules (e.g. SAP FICO SAP MM SAP SD).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
