Job Description
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications ensuring clarity and alignment with development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows identifying areas for improvement and recommending technical solutions.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless communication and the successful implementation of technical projects.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements user stories process flows and use cases.
- Assist with project scoping ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Support the QA team in creating test cases and ensure that the solution meets business needs and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams ensuring technical constraints and requirements are clearly understood.
- Lead the evaluation of new technologies and solutions making recommendations based on business needs.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to track progress address issues and keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure that systems and applications meet performance security and integration requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst Technical Business Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on technical aspects of projects.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in writing technical documentation and creating user stories process flows and system diagrams.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
- Experience working with databases SQL APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and enterprise solutions.
- Experience in data modeling system architecture or IT systems design.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
