SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

This permanent role based in Spain (Hybrid) offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects and work within a collaborative and inclusive environment!
Tasks
- Lead the endtoend implementation of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central Learning Performance & Goals Recruiting).
- Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet clientspecific needs.
- Provide guidance and support during system integration data migration and testing phases.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower endusers.
- Monitor and resolve postimplementation issues ensuring smooth system performance.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors advancements and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with handson implementation expertise in at least two SuccessFactors modules (inlcuding EC).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (preferred).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
