Tasks
Develop a detailed design for all requirements related to physical separation with a strong focus on the Compensation Module.
Perform all necessary configuration activities during the build phase.
Independently organize manage and execute project testing (NonRegression Regression System Integration and User Acceptance Tests).
Prepare and execute cutover activities for deployment to production.
Manage all project documentation including Global Solution Design Documents Configuration Manuals Workbooks Training Materials and Testing Documentation.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to endusers.
Requirements
Expertise in SuccessFactors Compensation Module.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing.
Experience in configuration and customization of SuccessFactors modules.
Strong understanding of testing strategies and deployment methodologies.
