Tasks
As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors youll play a pivotal role in helping customers navigate their HXM journey taking ownership of impactful projects and driving success. Your tasks will include:
- Consulting clients during SAP SuccessFactors implementation with a focus on core HR processes.
- Analyzing business processes and designing customerspecific process improvements.
- Acting as a project manager for implementation projects taking on responsibility and leading initiatives.
- Sharing your expertise while mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions beyond SAP SuccessFactors such as SAP ERP HCM SAP Analytics Cloud and more.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Certification and indepth knowledge in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g. Employee Central Recruiting or Onboarding).
- A willingness to learn grow and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Strong selforganization excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent German and proficient English language skills.
- A moderate willingness to travel to client locations.
