Implement maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries benefits taxes and other deductions.
Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax PF ESIC Professional Tax LWF &
Minimum wages as applicable) statutory remittances to the concerned authorities as per calendar 100% compliance.
Responsible for designing the salary structure with accurate manner.
Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software systems and procedures.
Responsible of processing & calculations of Arrear Sales Incentive
Keeps track of hour rates wages compensation benefit rates new hire information etc.
Identifies investigates and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Preparing MIS Report various reports related to Statutory Compliances and PF ESIC and updating the same in the salary sheet. Leading audits and presenting required data to auditor and ensuring successful closure of audit.
Responsible for Registration of PF ESIC & S&E as per the act. Responsible for renewal of
Licenses of S&E Trade Licensee Labour License Factory License Fire NOC & Pollution Certificate.
Responsible for online PF & ESIC Challan generation and filing return if required Make sure the organization complies with all state labour Laws.
Prepare statutory registers statewide under all applicable labour laws Muster Roll Fine
