Job Description
As an Appointment Setter you ll play a pivotal role in driving our client s expansion across seven states and beyond. You ll be the voice of a company that s changing how businesses think about vehicle maintenance. Your mission To connect with decisionmakers at major corporations articulating the unique value of onsite automotive services. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to a diverse portfolio of potential corporate clients focusing on decisionmakers in fleet management and operations
- Craft compelling pitches that highlight the convenience and costeffectiveness of mobile automotive services
- Navigate complex sales cycles addressing client concerns and objections with confidence and expertise
- Set appointments for indepth discussions or onsite service demonstrations
- Maintain and enrich our CRM database ensuring accurate and uptodate information on all prospects and interactions
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and scripts for maximum impact
- Research and qualify new leads expanding our reach within the automotive and fleet management sectors
- Support email marketing efforts by crafting personalized followup messages to reinforce sales conversations
- Provide regular insightful reports on call activities lead status and market feedback to inform business strategy
Requirements
- 3 years of proven track record in B2B telesales or appointment setting preferably within the automotive or service industries
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and articulate complex service offerings clearly
- Proficiency in CRM systems and modern phone dialer software
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fastpaced environment
- Selfmotivated with excellent time management skills capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of automotive services and fleet management (preferred but not required)
- Passion for continuous learning and adaptability to new sales techniques and technologies
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet during challenging calls
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a growing business and shaping the future of automotive services
