As our Sales Representative and Relationship Manager you ll be the driving force behind our business growth in the dynamic property maintenance industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with property managers showcase our premium services and cultivate longterm partnerships. You ll manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while providing personalized attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise in B2B sales and relationship building will be crucial in expanding our client base and solidifying our position as an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using Zoom info and other lead generation tools
- Build and nurture relationships with property managers and key decisionmakers
- Manage and update client information in HubSpot CRM
- Schedule appointments and coordinate job walks for the operations team
- Craft detailed tailored proposals using Proposify based on client needs and feedback
- Set up tasks and calendar invites for the general manager and field teams
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective closing techniques
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing excellent customer service
- Master and effectively communicate the company s brand services and unique value proposition
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales preferably in property maintenance or related industries
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Proficiency in CRM systems particularly HubSpot
- Ability to quickly learn and efficiently use various software tools (Proposify Google Voice etc.)
- Selfmotivated with strong independent work ethic
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to learn new processes and systems rapidly
- Passion for building and maintaining client relationships
