Job Description
Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Technology to lead her technology team. This
individual will play a crucial role in executing the technology vision overseeing the entire technology team
and ensuring the successful development and delivery of our products.
Job Responsibilities
Technology Leadership:
- Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the companys business goals.
- Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
Team Management:
- Lead manage and mentor a team of developers and IT professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Product Development:
- Design and develop robust Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support mobile and
web clients - Ensure the successful delivery of highquality software products using C#/.NET technologies.
- Drive the architecture and design of scalable reliable and secure solutions.
Cloud Infrastructure:
- Manage and optimize the use of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to support the company s
growth. - Implement best practices for cloud security cost management and performance optimization.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to align technology initiatives
with business objectives. - Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors as needed.
- Understand Digital payments and payments card eco systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C#/.NET technologies.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology team.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure particularly AWS or Azure.
- Must have experience and network in a bank or a fintech space.
- Proficient in building serverside scripts and APIs.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies including InfrastructureasaService (IaaS) Platform asaService (PaaS) and SoftwareasaService (SaaS) models.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Work Mode Hybrid (3 days Onsite 2 days Remote)
