Our client creates financial opportunities for individuals & SMEs through access to quick loans and investment platforms they are looking to hire a Deputy Head Treasury Sales. The Deputy Head Treasury Sales is responsible for supporting the strategic initiatives aimed at raising and managing funds for Essential Finance Limited. This role involves ensuring the efficient acquisition allocation and management of financial resources to optimize the company s liquidity and capital base driving the growth and sustainability of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Group Head Treasury Sales in developing and executing strategies to mobilize funds from various sources including institutional investors retail clients and other financial institutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of financial products and services aimed at attracting new investors and capital.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper portfolio management. Must be experienced and passionate about funds management.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for pitches to various clients and prospects.
- Assist in the management of the balance Sheet to always ensure sufficiency of funding for the organization by identifying and developing investments opportunities
- Assist the Group Head Treasury in ensuring competitive pricing of the organization s liabilities
- Ensure compliance with both regulatory requirements (liquidity ratio capital adequacy cash reserve) and internal policies (ALM policy etc.) of the organization.
- Maintenance of cordial relationships with market counterparties and regulators.
- Overall responsibility for delivering the profitability goal of the department
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field (Master s degree or MBA is a plus).
- A minimum of 57 years of experience in fundraising capital markets or financial services with a strong background in funds mobilization and investor relations.
- Familiarity with the finance company s target market regulatory environment and industry s best practices.
- Proven track record of growing business revenue managing highvalue client relationships and leading teams to success.
- Strong knowledge of financial products markets and fundraising techniques.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis market research and using financial modelling tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
