Job Description

Job Description:

  • Draft review and negotiate the buyside agreements and similar/related documentation with Accenture vendor to procure various goods and services including but not limited to Contractors Human Resources Support IT & Telecom Marketing & Communications Workplace Support (Facilities & Services) Software as a Service etc. in accordance with the companys vendors contracting standards applicable laws and business requirements to ensure contractual risks are clearly identified and addressed in compliance with companys policies and standards.

Must Have:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience at law firms or as inhouse counsel and/or in legal outsourcing.
  • Experience with drafting reviewing and negotiating agreements.
  • Experience in generic legal inhouse matters including but not limited to risk identification and mitigation compliances contracts legal research etc.

Good to Have:

  • Good experience in generic/legal research and reporting including due diligence
  • Strong time management prioritization and analytical skills
  • Able to work with internal and external teams to assist with daytoday support and to understand delivery requirements
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint)
  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and an ability to provide appropriate advice
