Job Description
Job Objective:
Manager T24 Middleware Analyst is responsible for development & enhancement of existing software applications including developing modifying and maintaining applications with a high level of accuracy and focus on customer satisfaction.
Manager T24 Middleware Analyst is responsible for development & enhancement of existing software applications including developing modifying and maintaining applications with a high level of accuracy and focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for T24 project and major developments in core banking T24 and related interfaces.
- Perform system requirements analysis development testing and maintenance in core banking.
- Perform system requirements analysis development testing and maintenance in TCIB/MB/ATM.
- Experience working on Middleware Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC) and ISO 8583.
- Perform design tradeoffs regarding the architecture and software components.
- Maintain and document business application & software functionality.
- Configure Windows/Linux OS environments for development and testing
- Maintain and comply standards/ compliance to design and implement solution as per the best industry practices.
- Assist line manager in creating and implementing a strategic plan to improve supportability of the Interfaces and T24 Applications.
- Help impart development knowledge and skills to the IT team.
- Support the Development and ADC/Middleware Team with internal and external audit developmentspecific requests.
- Presents the application solution and reviews any risks or other issues related to the application.
- Timely completion of Developments Task as per Organizational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors and preferably Masters in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Have a minimum of 05 years experience in a similar environment.
- Must have good programming knowledge in T24 for Info basic programming web services Templates Versions Enquiry Multi thread Routines and Open Financial Services (OFS).
- Strong working knowledge in TAFJ Arrangement Architecture and TWS.
- Knowledge of T24 AA Module is preferred.
- Should have hands on working knowledge of R14 or above.
- Should have experience in Core Banking projects.
- Should be able to comprehend the configurations & customization requirements provide Technical solution wherever applicable.
- Knowledge in UNIX Scripting is preferred.
- Should have good knowledge in Temenos Enterprise Framework like connectivity integration web services and monitoring framework.
- Have knowledge of project management and ITIL

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Highly developed facilitation and business communication skills. Have knowledge of project management and ITIL Demonstrate aptitude for creativity, innovation, and learning new technologies. Be able to quickly assimilate contingency plans during crisis situations or major outages. Exhibits and upholds KMBL s values and social performance objectives. Sound knowledge of contemporary software development methodologies & environments.
Education
Minimum Bachelors and preferably Masters in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering with emphasis on ICT related subjects from an HEC recognized / reputable foreign university. Have a minimum of 05 years experience in a similar environment.
