Job Description
- Manage the daily operation of multiple bar venues ensuring consistent quality and service standards
- Develop creative beverage programs and seasonal cocktail menus aligned with the hotels brand
- Recruit train and mentor bar team members fostering a culture of excellence creativity and innovation
- Monitor inventory control costs and maintain financial targets across venues
- Ensure compliance with health safety and licensing regulations
Qualifications :
- Proven experience managing bar operations
- Expertise in mixology beverage trends and bar service
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and costcontrol goals
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and driving creativity and innovation
- Bar opening experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Thai
