We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager or Duty Manager to join our front office leadership team. In this role you will oversee daily operations guide and support team members and set the benchmark for exceptional hospitality. You will manage guest inquiries and feedback encourage open communication and cultivate a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations and act as the shift lead.
- Train and support team members fostering a culture of excellent hospitality.
- Manage guest inquiries and feedback ensuring toptier guest recovery.
- Promote open communication and collaboration across departments.
- Inspire and motivate the team promoting a positive and safe work environment.
- Assist with revenue optimization including preparing team rosters.
- Support recruitment training and development of the Front Office Team.
Qualifications :
- Previous leadership experience in a hotel a strong focus and passion for hotel operations
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all types of guests and of team members
- Confident and articulate communicator negotiator and relationship builder
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
- Available to work within a rotating roster including weekends holidays and nights
