Virtual Rockstar is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our client s dynamic team in driving their mission forward. This is a fulltime remote position with a Californiabased team.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold call outreach to set meetings with prospective clients.
Track sales cycles and manage data in Excel to ensure accuracy and timely followups.
Organize gather and manage data for reporting and client tracking in spreadsheets.
Respond to simple customer inquiries via HubSpot and maintain client communication.
Assist in the creation and editing of slide decks for webinars ensuring a polished and professional presentation.
Coordinate and organize both virtual and inperson events and gatherings.
Support bookkeeping tasks including balancing books in QuickBooks.
Manage personal and family appointments including scheduling and coordination.
Plan travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
Organize and manage calendars time management and document handling for the team.
Proficiency with the following tools: Slack HubSpot Excel Gmail Google Slides QuickBooks Outreach and Calendly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced remote work environment.
Prior experience in administrative support event coordination or customer service is a plus.
Experience with virtual event management and webinar coordination.
Bookkeeping experience or knowledge of accounting principles and QuickBooks.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales cycle tracking.
