Job Description
As a Business Development Representative you ll be a driving force behind lead qualification nurturing relationships and outbound prospecting. Your role is pivotal in connecting businesses with tailored marketing solutions and delivering value to new and existing clients.

Your Daily Tasks
- Appointment Booking on Inbound Leads:
- Qualify and engage inbound leads promptly.
- Schedule appointments with Account Executives for further discovery and sales discussions.
- Understand each lead s needs and align them with appropriate solutions and services.
Lead Nurturing:
- Manage and nurture existing leads to foster trust and ensure continuous engagement.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to generate interest and guide leads toward meetings with Account Executives.
Outbound Prospecting:
- Execute prospecting efforts through cold calls emails and social media outreach.
- Identify key decisionmakers and conduct discovery calls.
- Qualify leads to maintain a steady flow of new prospects for the sales team.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Experience: 35 years in business development sales appointment setting or BDR roles with digital marketing experience highly valuable.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English proficiency with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas.
- CustomerCentric: Skilled in understanding prospect needs and matching them to marketing solutions.
- Proactive and GoalOriented: Proven ability to exceed targets in appointment booking lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) sales tools and prospecting technologies.
- Adaptability: Ability to work US hours and balance inbound and outbound activities seamlessly.

- Strong background in sales and business development particularly in appointment setting.
- Extensive experience in US sales with a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
- Preferably experienced or exposed to the digital marketing industry.
