The Mandarin Process Optimization Manager plays a pivotal role in streamlining business processes and enhancing organizational efficiency. Reporting directly to the VP Administration (Expat) this position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies. Proficiency in Chinese or Mandarin is essential to facilitate crossregional collaboration and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies designing optimization strategies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By developing standardized systems promoting digital transformation and driving collaboration across departments the Process Optimization Manager will contribute significantly to the enterprises operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Analysis and Optimization

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify key workflows bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement optimization plans to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive the automation and digital transformation of processes to reduce manual intervention and error rates.

2. Standardized Systems Development

  • Design and implement standardized operating procedures aligned with business needs to ensure operational consistency.
  • Collaborate on the development review and updating of internal management policies and regulations to maintain compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

3. Enhancing Management Efficiency

  • Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational productivity.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient utilization.

4. Employee Training and Support

  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on updated processes and systems fostering a culture of process excellence.
  • Act as a consultant to provide ongoing support to departments addressing processrelated challenges and ensuring seamless implementation of improvements.

5. CrossDepartmental Collaboration

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to ensure the successful execution of process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead or actively contribute to crossfunctional projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery of outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese/Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills to support crossregional collaboration.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Management or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in process optimization business process analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment or supporting crossregional operations.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to administrative processes.
