Job Description:
- Act as an HR operation specialist carry out the routine Manager Management operation. Focus on direction of manager management and implement the companys orientation and requirements.
- Pay attention to the training and development of manager provide programs and workshops to keep managers enabled with soft skills and management skills and help managers by giving constructive feedback.
- Cooperate and support HRBPs to ensure the orientation and requirements are implemented to all managers.
- Prepare monthly report to track work progress analyze risk and inform decisionmaking
Qualifications:
- Has experienced in HR field for at least 2 years have intermediate understanding about HR
- Language: fluent English and Mandarin (listening speaking reading and writing) as a working language
- Understand core HR functions such as recruitment training and development organization.
- Familiar with Talent Management able to identify and address skill gaps through relevant programs
- HR Analytics and Data Management: Ability to collect and interpret HR metrics creating detailed HR reports/dashboards
- Microsoft office: able to utilize Microsoft office functions for data analysis
- Problemsolving and critical thinking: able to evaluate options and make strategic decisions
- Attention to details adaptable can work independently
