Job Description

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth golf course operations including equipment management and guest assistance.

Key Areas:

70% Maintains a well kept work space and resolves any issues that arise with players in all outside areas.
20% Monitors golf carts and caddie performance and relates feedback to Caddie Master and Technicians.
10% maintains records of all players manages player expectations and enforces dress code.
