As a Tech Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top tech talent for our banking clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong network of tech professionals in the banking industry
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking events and referrals to identify and attract top talent
Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills experience and cultural fit
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions and interview criteria
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including posting job ads scheduling interviews and making job offers
Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers on the status of open positions
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
3 years of experience in tech recruitment preferably in the banking industry
Strong understanding of tech roles and skills required in the banking sector
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top tech talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Passion for technology and the banking industry
