BrightCrew is seeking an experienced and detailoriented Business Operations Specialist to join our client as the right hand to the founder.
This individual will play a crucial role in streamlining operations managing information flow and ensuring the smooth execution of various projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management process optimization and crossfunctional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Operational
- Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project statuses and create easytounderstand visualizations to keep stakeholders informed.
- Policy & SOP Drafting: Develop and draft company policies standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other official correspondence.
- KPI & Team Management: Set KPIs for teams and assist in keeping the CXOs direct reports on track to meet objectives.
- HR Operations: Support HR processes such as onboarding payroll and employee engagement activities.
- Information Flow: Manage the flow of information within the organization ensuring your CXO receives the right information at the right time.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize company events from start to finish including budgeting vendor coordination design input and executing social media strategies.
- Social Media Management: Oversee company and personal social media profiles ensuring brand consistency and managing post ideation drafting captions and publishing.
- Crossfunctional Support: Provide assistance in other areas such as sales lead generation business development HR & talent acquisition and marketing as needed.
Administrative
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones prioritize meetings and ensure time is used efficiently.
- Travel Management: Optimize travel arrangements by considering meetings and itineraries.
- Workflow & Task Tracking: Keep track of ongoing tasks proactively follow up and send reminders as needed.
- Agenda & Meeting Notes: Set meeting agendas summarize discussions and ensure followups are tracked.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research and compile findings into detailed reports or databases for decisionmaking.
- Financial Support: Handle basic financial tasks like expense tracking invoicing budgeting and reimbursements.
- Language: Professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills (reading writing speaking).
- Experience: 3 years in a communicationheavy role at a reputable organization.
- Education: Undergraduate degree preferred; equivalent work experience is acceptable.
- Bonus: MBA CFA CIPM CIMA or other professional certifications are advantageous but not required
- Domain: Expertise in one of the following domains is must: Marketing Background
