Job Description
Take ownership of the Profit/ Loss of Shows/ Projects of the existing Events and drive overall profitability; Devise strategies to streamline existing Projects and work towards augmenting/ creating new ones.
Responsible for creating and executing new shows concepts projects to meet the changing needs and requirements; Increase turnover and surplus year on year.
Responsible for Management and Operations by ensuring seamless delivery of multiple projects across the country including small medium and large size Exhibitions and Events.
Establishing goals short & long term budgets & developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
