Job Description
- Lead internal audit risk consulting and business consulting engagements as primary contact point for clients.
- Lead a team of consultants/analysts. Plan organize and provide oversight to the engagements. Ensure quality of deliverables processes and completion of projects within planned timeline.
- Communicate the results of assignments and value drivers of clients businesses through written reports and oral presentations
- Keep job economics under watch. Ensure timely closure and billing of projects
- Identify and develop opportunities both at existing clients and new clients. Carry out business development activities. Develop submit and convert proposals.
- Support and drive gotomarket campaigns
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the market client service groups and industry
- Develop engage and grow team. Plan and hire people train and evaluate staff and take effective actions to address performance matters.
- Research compile and introduce leading practices in the industry(s) in terms of processes practices tools and technology
