Position Overview
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients understanding their needs providing personalized investment advice offering product recommendations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction all through virtual communication channels. This role involves regular communication via calls emails and chat platforms to foster longterm loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds and alternative investments.
- Drive the growth of assets under management (AUM) by acquiring new investments and expanding investments from existing clients.
- Provide proactive updates and market insights to clients helping them stay informed about their investments.
- Resolve client queries and concerns promptly ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide personalized mutual fund recommendations based on client profiles risk appetite and financial objectives.
- Educate clients about different types of mutual funds including equity debt hybrid and index funds.
- Stay uptodate with market trends economic conditions and mutual fund products to offer informed advice to clients.
- Promote and crosssell mutual fund products and services to existing clients helping them diversify their portfolios.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the organization ensuring a continuous pipeline of new business inflow.
- Track and document client interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Candidates Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management sales or customer service preferably in a virtual environment.
- Knowledge of Stock Market & Mutual Funds.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual collaboration software
