As a Head of HR we are looking for a professional to lead the entire gamut of HR functions for corporate & manufacturing unit with major focus on leading efforts in Organizational Design Development and OD Interventions to support business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead efforts in Organizational Design Development and OD Interventions to support business objectives.
Strategic manpower planning optimization and forecasting to ensure the right talent mix.
Establish and maintain comprehensive HR Management Information Systems for efficient datadriven decisionmaking.
Drive effective goalsetting processes and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS).
Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
Design and implement companywide Reward and Recognition Programs.
Foster a positive work culture through structured Employee Engagement frameworks regular counseling and compliance with labor laws.
Design and manage robust Succession Planning Training & Development programs as well as Mentorship & Coaching.
Lead policy overhauls in line with current legal frameworks and company growth.
Strengthen the employer brand and manage certifications to position the company as an employer of choice.
Drive competency mapping and creation of precise Job Descriptions.
