Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Associate Google & Meta Platforms Specialist will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. This role focuses on driving traffic lead generation and conversions by leveraging paid and organic strategies on these key advertising platforms. The ideal candidate is detailoriented datadriven and has a deep understanding of performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search Display YouTube) and Meta Platforms (Facebook Instagram).
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to develop highly effective ad strategies for both platforms.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPC CTR conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Analyze and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy visuals and landing pages that resonate with the target audience.
Set up monitor and optimize A/B testing to enhance ad performance and improve conversion rates.
Manage budgets effectively ensuring costefficiency and alignment with business goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends features and tools across Google and Meta platforms to incorporate into campaigns.
Leverage Google Analytics Facebook Business Manager and other tools to track performance and customer behavior.
Implement retargeting strategies to engage website visitors and improve conversion rates.
Work with the SEO team to ensure campaigns align with organic search strategies and optimize visibility.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business or a related field.
12 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Platforms (Facebook Instagram).
Proven experience with Google Analytics Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of Google and Meta advertising platforms including campaign setup optimization and reporting.
Proficiency in performance marketing metrics and reporting tools (Google Analytics Facebook Insights).
Experience in audience segmentation targeting and bid management.
Familiarity with A/B testing conversion rate optimization and retargeting strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
