Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing and amp;amp; Sales Executive will play a strategic role in driving growth for thestock broking division targeting retail and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will haveexperience in financial services a strong understanding of the stock market and provenabilities in generating leads client acquisition and brand development. This individual willdevelop and execute marketing campaigns enhance sales strategies and build clientrelationships to increase the companys market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Sales and amp; Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Work with the team to design targeted campaigns across digital social media and offlinechannels.
Identify new business opportunities and client segments for growth within the retail andinstitutional spaces.
2.Client Acquisition and Retention:
Drive endtoend sales processes for acquiring highvalue clients including lead generationclient pitches and closing deals.
Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients providing tailored financialsolutions based on their investment needs.
Conduct regular client engagement activities to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback forservice improvements.
Market Analysis and amp; Brand Building:
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends competitive landscape andcustomer preferences.
Create and execute brandbuilding initiatives to strengthen the companys image and positionin the market.
Oversee content creation for marketing materials presentations website and social media toenhance brand visibility.
Collaboration and amp; Team Leadership:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g. Research Customer Service) to enhanceclient experiences and marketing effectiveness.
Mentor junior sales team members providing guidance on best practices and client management techniques.
Performance Tracking and amp; Reporting:
Monitor and report on sales and marketing KPIs including client acquisition rate revenue growth and ROI of marketing campaigns.
Use datadriven insights to refine strategies optimize campaigns and improve overall sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Finance Business Administration or related field (Masterdegree preferred).5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably within the financial services orstock broking industry.
- Strong understanding of stock broking investment strategies and market regulations.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and sales strategy development.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools digital marketing platforms and financial software.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced competitive environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in financial markets (e.g. CFA CFP) are a plus.
