A specialist agency Blufig exclusively works with B2B tech companies to help them realize their digital aspirations. 130 brands trust Blufig to execute their marketing programs.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive demand for marketing and digital services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources including social media the web tele calling and more. Once leads are identified the candidate will reach out and meet with the business decision makers to understand their business needs better and how our services can help them.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales teamwork and inspiring others to give their best in finding opportunities and achieving great outcomes.


Identify and qualify new customers in the B2B IT and Software industry

Prospect new customers through lead generation campaigns followup and cold calling

Identify the correct decision makers within the target segment

Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system

Generate Qualified Leads based on predefined criteria for each account

Present our offerings to target audience via virtual and F2F meetings

Create commercial proposals and scope of work for each opportunity

Followup with clients regularly

Price negotiation

Drive closures

Meet assigned targets on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis

Hands on knowledge of Email Marketing tools LinkedIn s Sales Navigator and other online tools

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Daily Weekly and Monthly Reporting.





Requirements

* Business Development minimum experience 5years

* B2B sales minimum 3 years experience

* Digital Marketing Agency experience 3 years

"* You should possess 3-5 years of experience in advertising or marketing agencies. * Bachelors degree in Mass communication is preffered. * High levels of accountability are vital, given the critical nature of the role in our small team. * Innovation should be your second nature, as there's ample scope for creativity. * You are expected to be a creative thinker who can work independently with minimal supervision. * Proficiency in the English language is a must, and the ability to rephrase content is essential. * Knowledge or experience in social media-based content discovery will be an advantage
