- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead global marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance ThinkBio.Ai s brand product positioning and market presence
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create compelling website & social media content and promotional materials
- Identify and target potential customers and generate leads through a variety of strategies like email marketing webinars SEO networking events referral marketing etc.
- Conduct sales presentations product demonstrations and marketing campaigns
- Represent ThinkBio.Ai at industry events & conferences
- Create compelling content for website & promotional materials
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Science and an MBA in Marketing Sales or related field preferred
- Experience: At least 6 years in marketing with a focus on healthcare/ biotech
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare or biotech industry including key players and market trends along with familiarity with AI domains and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Knowledge of SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings
- Strong analytical skills with experience in research methodologies to inform decision making
- Marketing Skills: Proven track record in achieving successful marketing campaigns
- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
