Job Title:
Partner Marketing Lead
1. Job Summary – highlight project details/what is exciting about the role :
The Associate Director Partner Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic
marketing initiatives with key partners to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. This role
requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in marketing excellent communication skills and
the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
2. Key Responsibilities – list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies that
align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
ensuring alignment on marketing goals and initiatives.
Campaign Management: Plan execute and measure marketing campaigns in collaboration
with partners including digital marketing events and content marketing.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives
providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales product and corporate
marketing to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Manage the partner marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of
resources and maximizing ROI.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on the performance of partner marketing activities to
senior leadership.
3. Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing
strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision
making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build
and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Nice to Have Skills.
Experience in the technology or software industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Strong project management skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
Strong Industry experience in marketing with extensive exposure to
partner marketing.
