Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the digital marketing strategy and execution for the organization ensuring brand visibility engagement and growth across all online platforms. This role involves leading digital campaigns analyzing performance managing a budget and collaborating with the creative and content teams to drive business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and conversions.
- Plan and manage multichannel digital campaigns including SEO SEM email social media and display advertising.
- Content Management & SEO
- Oversee the creation curation and distribution of engaging digital content across platforms.
- Develop SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings organic traffic and keyword performance.
- Social Media & Community Management
- Manage social media channels crafting and posting content engaging with the audience and building a strong online community.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Track analyze and report on digital marketing metrics such as web traffic social engagement and campaign ROI.
- Use datadriven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Paid Advertising & PPC
- Manage payperclick campaigns display advertising retargeting efforts and social media ads.
- Collaborate with the advertising team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Email Marketing
- Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads engage customers and promote products or services.
- Manage audience segmentation A/B testing and automation for maximum engagement and conversions.
- Collaborations & Partnerships
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers media partners and digital platforms to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Sales Product) to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO SEM PPC email marketing content marketing and social media.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads SEMrush HubSpot).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing software.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving and data interpretation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and basic web design principles.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
