Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Coordination:
- Oversee daytoday activities of the Compliance Flexera and BAU teams.
- Ensure all team members are aligned with their roles and responsibilities.
- Create and manage team rosters to ensure balanced workloads and prevent fatigue.
- Issue and Risk Management:
- Identify assess and resolve issues and risks promptly.
- Escalate critical issues to company leaders or customers as needed.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Customer and Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and escalations.
- Notify customers when their assistance is required.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction with SAM services.
- Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure the Compliance team accurately reviews and interprets software license agreements.
- Monitor compliance with licensing agreements and address any noncompliance issues.
- Provide guidance on compliance best practices and risk mitigation.
- Flexera Administration:
- Oversee the Flexera teams administration of FNMS and related tools.
- Ensure effective integration of Flexera with other data sources and systems.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to Flexera.
- BusinessAsUsual (BAU) Operations:
- Manage license purchases renewals and cost optimization efforts.
- Oversee the calculation of Effective License Positions (ELP) and license harvesting.
- Ensure timely response to licensing queries and software installation requests.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate detailed reports on team activities compliance status and risk assessments.
- Document processes procedures and best practices for continuous improvement.
