We are seeking a dynamic Lead Engineer with a passion for innovation AI/ML expertise and a strong background in software architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the endtoend technical journey from 01 MVPs to scaling fully operational AIbased finance tools. Youll take ownership of our technology strategy build highperforming teams and ensure that our infrastructure supports rapid growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Scale: Define and implement the technical architecture for our AI driven finance platform ensuring it is scalable secure and adaptable.
EndtoEnd Leadership: Lead the product lifecycle from MVP/prototyping to production managing both technical execution and team development.
AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with data science teams to deploy and integrate AI/ML models into the production environment streamlining complex accounting and tax operations.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers stakeholders and finance experts to align the tech vision with business objectives.
Infrastructure Optimization: Ensure robust scalable cloud infrastructure for processing large datasets in realtime focusing on reliability compliance and performance.
Requirements
Experience: 7 years in software development with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role managing complex AI/ML products.
Technical Expertise: Strong experience in building and scaling AI/MLdriven platforms cloud computing (AWS Azure GCP) microservices and APIs.
Leadership: Proven experience leading highperforming engineering teams and mentoring engineers across all levels.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to resolve performance bottlenecks and manage data pipelines.
Culture Builder: Experience cultivating an engineering culture of ownership collaboration and continuous improvement.
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Strong handson coding background (Python Java or similar) along with architecture and systems design experience.
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and modern development practices like CI/CD TDD DevOps
