We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to manage HR operations recruitment and employee engagement. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to play a key part in supporting HR functions enhancing employee satisfaction and driving recruitment efforts.
Job Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations including employee records payroll and compliance.
- Oversee recruitment processes from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Support performance management processes and employee development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in HR or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR with a focus on operations recruitment and engagement.
- Strong communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
