We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our company. As an HR Generalist you will be the first point of contact for the companys general HR questions and will collaborate with different functions within the People & Culture department. You will be responsible for providing professional HR support to managers and employees answering HRrelated questions via phone and email and developing new processes and standards for modernizing and digitizing HR support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice and support to managers and employees.
- Assist in recruitment screening conducting interviews and onboarding candidates.
- Answer questions related to HRrelated areas such as employee employment salary issues interpretation of agreements regulations and policies and support in HR systems.
- Develop new processes and standards for modernizing and digitizing HR support.
- Have a high level of knowledge of HR processes and provide a very high level of service.
- Be a team player and collaborate with others effectively.
- Respond to customers needs quickly and effectively.
- Handle stress in a constructive way and have the ability to prioritize and switch focus based on customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR along with 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a HR Generalist.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS system.
