Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 months of relevant experience in HR.
  • Strong interest in HR processes and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain all HRrelated documents including employment contracts offer letters and other official paperwork.
  • Develop and update relevant sheets such as employee data and monthly salary sheets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping of employee information and confidentiality.
  • Manage job postings advertisements and recruitment on social media platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews assess candidate suitability and make hiring recommendations.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding processes ensuring new hires complete all necessary paperwork and orientation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs.
  • Identify employee development needs and create tailored growth plans.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Monitor employee performance provide constructive feedback and offer coaching.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity laws.
  • Foster open communication to maintain a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Address grievances mediate conflicts and resolve issues promptly.
  • Promote diversity equity and inclusion across the organization.
