Summary:
The digital marketing associate will be part of the regional Asia Pacific & Middle East Africa (AMEA) team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the AMEA Digital Marketing Lead in planning tracking and executing phygital (physical & digital) marketing campaigns across the region in key markets across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Support key markets in digital campaigns (primary) execution and optimization.
- Create and maintain project management calendar for key projects.
- Collaborate with local marketing and digital teams for project management.
- Analyze campaigns performance and provide data driven insights.
- Assist in project management of various marketing initiatives.
- Manage internal comms on digital marketing campaign and project updates.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Knowledge & Skill Set:
- 23 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns.
- Strong project management skills.
- Gogetter attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in the overall campaign process from conception to execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or related field.
Good To Have:
- Experience in the agriculture or related industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of overall campaign (online and offline) process.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles.
- Creative detailoriented mindset.
