You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailHR Specialist will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations from onboarding to offboarding while maintaining compliance accuracy and employee satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on process execution with attention to detail employee experience and continuous improvement in HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Onboarding and Documentation
Manage the preonboarding process ensuring all employee documentation (offer letters CNICs transcripts experience letters salary slips resignation letters etc.) is collected and accurately filed (digital and physical).
Create and update employee records in HR systems.
Maintain strict attention to detail in tracking and updating employee files.
2. Probation and Performance Management
Oversee the probation completion process ensuring timely form creation feedback collection and approvals.
Conduct probation meetings and share feedback and applicable benefits.
Manage endtoend 360degree performance review cycles including form distribution feedback collection performance meetings review delivery and communication via email.
Facilitate postreview negotiations and discussions.
3. Employee Relations and Retention
Address employee concerns queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Organize and oversee engagement initiatives such as birthdays annual events and employee gift packages.
Maintain and monitor employee retention data and alert on issues in a timely manner.
4. Policy Management and Compliance
Ensure policies are uptodate and effectively communicated across teams.
Collaborate with leadership to update policy manual and ensure companywide adoption.
5. Payroll and Benefits Administration
Ensure payroll processing is accurate and timely by maintaining HR update sheets and coordinating with finance.
Oversee employee benefits including claims queries and coordination with finance.
Manage EOBI registration and ensure compliance with employee coverage.
Manage employees bank account openings at the time of onboarding.
7. Offboarding and Exit Management
Oversee resignation approvals clearance processes and exit formalities.
Conduct exit interviews and process final documentation (experience letters exit declarations etc.).
8. Special Projects and Coordination
Needbased or special projects as required.

TechSavvy Comfortable with HRIS ticketing systems and digital documentation MS Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word).
Time Management Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Confidentiality & Integrity Managing sensitive employee data with discretion.
Experience & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations employee performance management payroll and benefits Administration and employee relations.
