Job Description

LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES

Position : Data Entry / Virtual Assistant
Working Schedule : 8a5p CST
Salary Range : $1300$1500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry/Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining various types of data in our systems as well as assisting with general administrative tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role will be 60% Data Entry and 30% Virtual Assistant tasks with the remaining 10% assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter update and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform routine data checks and audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage and organize electronic files documents and records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments managing calendars and handling email correspondence.
  • Conduct online research and compile data as needed.
  • Prepare reports and summaries from collected data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of direct experience.
  • CRM experience required (HubSpot and SalesForce are a plus)
  • Proven experience in data entry administrative support or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Proficient in Google Suite with experience organizing drives.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
