Position : General Virtual istant
Working Hours : Fulltime position: 5 days/week 8 hours/day
Salary Range : $800.00 $1000.00/ month
About the job:
We are a busy portrait photography studio seeking a dedicated Virtual istant (VA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ist in various administrative tasks to help streamline studio operations and enhance client experience. This is a fulltime position with weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts including regular posting and engagement.
- Organize and manage digital files and photo collections.
- Handle client communication via texts emails and phone calls.
- Schedule client appointments and bookings using studio software.
- Provide administrative support to ist with the smooth operation of the studio.
- Answer inquiries and handle bookings through phone and email maintaining a professional and neutral English accent for clientfacing communications.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Active Campaign Acuity and HoneyBook software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss in English.
- Strong organizational ss and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday to Wednesday schedule).
- Fulltime availability: 5 days a week 8 hours a day.
