Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity to join our friendly and passionate Reservations team. Looking after reservations for Pullman Novotel and Ibis at Sydney Olympic Park where no 2 days are the same! Reporting to the Reservations Manager our Reservations Sales Agents are often the first point of contact for our guests.
Our Reservations Sales Agents:
- Accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations.
- Communicate with our guests via phone and email.
- Consistently provide professional and friendly service.
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Availability to work a rotating roster including Saturdays when required.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a similar or customer service based role is highly desired.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud Sevenrooms and RESAweb preferred
