We are seeking an enthusiastic and goaloriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg South Africa. As a key member of our sales department you will be responsible for driving revenue growth building strong customer relationships and representing our companys products and services with professionalism and expertise.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence and assertiveness
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and stay current on market trends
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role preferably in a Hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Selfmotivated with a resilient and goaloriented mindset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed
