Duties & Responsibilities:
Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls or responding to messages left on the answer phone.
Ensuring that the client s profile and details are completed as accurately and completely as is possible. The capturing of new leads (data) correctly and appointing is the most important part of the call centre functionality.
Booking this client in for a consultation at the most convenient clinic for the client.
Contacting clients who left their information on our website completing any missing information and booking this client in for a consultation at the most convenient clinic for the client.
Making notes on the client s profile and sending leads to the relevant clinic where the client is booked into.
Ensure that the leads are distributed to the clinics according to the lead split instructed by management.
Call Inactive clients.
Call Unsold clients.
Weekly and Monthly reports to be submitted.
Security of all data is extremely important.
Deletion of data is to be authorized by management.
Matric
Minimum 23 years experience as Call Centre Agent/Manager
Outbound following up with clients
Inbound dealing with enquiries and leads
South African Citzen
Working hours are 09h00 18h00 Monday to Friday. And if required on Saturdays 09h00 16h00.
