Job Description
We have a Fixed Term opportunity until September 2025 for a Part Time Guest Service Agent!
Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square is looking for a Guest Service Agent with a positive can do attitude and passion for customer service to join our Front Office team.
You will perform check ins check outs take payments attend to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner and provide total customer satisfaction while complying with hotel health and security procedures. We are looking for an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering consistent and high quality customer service.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Experience in a similar role
- Passion for customer service
- Experience with Opera cloud system preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends & public holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm and friendly personality
- Knowledge of Hospitality or qualification in Hospitality preferred.
