We are seeking a professional experienced community manager but more importantly a builder. We want someone to collaborate with us to put together a fullfledged strategy to increase engagement value and quality of the community execute on this strategy and then continue to add more members to grow it. A qualified applicant will have relevant case studies to other communities (Skool preferred) that you helped manage and grow. We are eager to see your strategy and what you implemented. What you'll do:
In the initial phase of community management responsibilities include conducting thorough market research and audience ysis to define business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). This involves organizing workshops with stakeholders to elish both shortterm and longterm objectives researching competitors' strategies yzing audience segments and gathering user feedback. The goal is to create a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and target audience to inform the community strategy. For community strategy development the focus shifts to elishing a clear mission and goals defining success metrics and outlining key roles within the community. This includes exploring monetization options and setting up initial processes such as creating welcome kits for new members planning regular online events and developing a content calendar. During the launch phase engaging with the community through events and content collecting feedback and building loyalty programs are crucial. Continuous growth and iteration involve regularly evaluating performance metrics enhancing engagement and adapting strategies based on member feedback and evolving needs.
