Job Description

Our client runs a series of software development agencies and have now started a free community and course on Skool to help other software developers build and scale their own agencies.
We are seeking a professional experienced community manager but more importantly a builder. We want someone to collaborate with us to put together a fullfledged strategy to increase engagement value and quality of the community execute on this strategy and then continue to add more members to grow it.
A qualified applicant will have relevant case studies to other communities (Skool preferred) that you helped manage and grow. We are eager to see your strategy and what you implemented.
Our client is seeking someone collaborative and who is seeking owning growing our community through strategy.

What you'll do:

In the initial phase of community management responsibilities include conducting thorough market research and audience ysis to define business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). This involves organizing workshops with stakeholders to elish both shortterm and longterm objectives researching competitors' strategies yzing audience segments and gathering user feedback. The goal is to create a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and target audience to inform the community strategy.
For community strategy development the focus shifts to elishing a clear mission and goals defining success metrics and outlining key roles within the community. This includes exploring monetization options and setting up initial processes such as creating welcome kits for new members planning regular online events and developing a content calendar. During the launch phase engaging with the community through events and content collecting feedback and building loyalty programs are crucial. Continuous growth and iteration involve regularly evaluating performance metrics enhancing engagement and adapting strategies based on member feedback and evolving needs.

Summary of Actionable Steps:
  1. Research and yze: Perform competitor ysis and CustDev to understand market trends and audience needs.
  2. Strategy Development: Build a community foundation with goals identity engagement rules and a scaling roadmap.
  3. Community Setup: Organize communication channels event planning and content creation strategies.
  4. Launch: Roll out the community with regular events and member engagement strategies.
  5. Collect Feedback: Gather data and feedback to iteratively improve the community experience.
  6. Growth & Adaptation: Continue enhancing the community adding features like loyalty programs and ensuring security.
Requirements:
  • Highenergy creative and community driven professional
  • Previously built managed and grown communities or groups (at least 12 years of experience)
  • Experience with courses or coaching programs is highly valued.
  • Missiondriven person.
