Overview
An HR Executive plays a vital role in the human resources department ensuring that the organizations HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented. This position contributes to the overall success of the company by strategically carrying out HR activities from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and HRIS management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend recruitment and selection process including job posting sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Administer various HR plans and procedures for all company personnel and keep the employee handbook current.
- Handle employee relations including conflict resolution counseling and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal processes to ensure effectiveness compliance and equity within the organization.
- Provide assistance with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update the HRIS for accurate employee data and comprehensive reporting.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Conduct training needs assessments and facilitate employee training and development.
- Support in identifying and resolving workplace issues and grievances.
- Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover.
- Administer employee benefit programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars related to HR management.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities use time efficiently and develop realistic action plans.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive detailoriented and resultsdriven individual.
- Certification in HR management or relevant field is a plus.
- Experience in managing employee relations performance management and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of benefit administration and employment laws.
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
